    We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our global IT function as the IT Governance Processes & Tools Manager. This role is pivotal in driving the transformation of our IT operations, enhancing service delivery, and optimizing project execution, also applying modern, strategic sourcing models.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and continuously improving all aspects of our IT operating model, based on a clear and strategic vision and in close collaboration with the CIO and his leadership team.

    This role is part of the “Operational Excellence” team, which represents the modern, extended model of the classic CIO Office function. You will be working within a forward-thinking team dedicated to driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the global IT function.

    A job that matters: Your Tasks

    • Governance: Develop, implement and maintain an IT governance framework that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives, corporate policies, industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL), and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on IT governance and operating model initiatives. Lead the transformation of the IT operating model to a product-centric, agile approach.
    • Training: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance awareness of IT governance, risk management, and compliance across the organization.
    • Execution: Focus on the practical implementation of designed concepts, ensuring that “the rubber hits the road”. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the maturity of execution is constantly monitored and improved, based on established metrics and KPIs.
    • Tool Architecture: Manage the application / tool architecture needed to implement the operating model in alignment with the Enterprise Architecture team. Apply established best practices like the IT4IT™ Reference Architecture.This includes overseeing the integration and interoperability of various IT systems and tools to support value streams like Strategy to Portfolio, Requirement to Deploy, Request to Fulfill, and Detect to Correct.
    • IT Risk Management: Develop and implement a modern, effective and efficient risk management system within the global IT function.

    An experience that matters: Your Skills

    • 5+ years of relevant experience
    • Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, business Administration or comparable experience.
    • 5+ years of well-founded operational and strategic experience in the IT sector in an international environment.
    • Proven experience in IT governance, organizational development and operating model transformation.
    • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and product-centric operating models. Familiarity with established best practice governance frameworks and standards such as the IT4IT™, ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, ISO/IEC 27001, and PMBOK.
    • Methodological knowledge for and deep process management know-how and methodology in BPM.
    • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Analytical, strategic, but also pragmatic way of working.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, experience in working within a matrix organization.
    • Solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working, with distinctive communication and persuasive skills in English.
    • Very good coaching know-how to guide different stakeholders within various processes.
