As a Business Analyst, you have the following core competences:
Solid understanding of SDLC

Experience with AI-driven tools and Prompt Engineering, including understanding how to design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance process automation, data analysis, and communication efficiency
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in consultation with stakeholders
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of project objectives
Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement or optimization
Analyze and document business processes within ongoing projects
Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Design and execute test cases for application development and implementation projects
Develop and maintain business cases, requirements, use cases, etc.
Document business processes and workflows, develop and maintain business process models
Leverage LLMs and chatbots to streamline documentation, automate reporting, and support intelligent decision-making
Demonstrate good prompting skills and the ability to fine-tune prompts for specific business and project needs
Needed qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Upper-intermediate English for daily communication with clients and teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
Experience with requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Azure DevOps
Experience in defining and implementing technology solutions for a major financial institution
Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques (preferably BPMN)
Knowledge of AI models, chatbots, and Prompt Engineering techniques is a strong plus
Certifications: Lean Management, Six Sigma, or similar certification is a plus
