About us:

We are the evolutionary sports content management system. It is a headless API-powered tool that enables publishers, bookmakers, and rights holders to keep up with the sports world quickly and on any device. Businesses of all sizes have placed their trust in us due to its unparalleled adaptability to meet the needs of each client.

Responsibilities include:

• Development and maintenance of WordPress themes and plugins (custom and child themes)
• Building WordPress themes from scratch, without using pre-made templates
• Integration of external APIs (REST, GraphQL, etc.)
• Working with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), Gutenberg, Elementor, or other page builders
• Optimizing WordPress sites for speed, security, and SEO
• Debugging and resolving technical issues

About you:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a WordPress developer
• Excellent knowledge of:
  • PHP (the core language of WordPress)
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including jQuery)
  • WordPress Codex and WP REST API
• Creating Gutenberg blocks
• Good command of English (reading and writing)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Independence and proactiveness in problem-solving
• Attention to detail and responsibility for meeting deadlines

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of SEO and technical optimization
• Experience with hosting environments such as WP Engine, Kinsta, SiteGround, etc.
• Familiarity with tools for improving Core Web Vitals
• Experience in front-end performance optimization to achieve high scores in Google Lighthouse (Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, SEO)
