Product Designer

About You:

• 3+ years of experience designing products (preferably in the sports industry or consumer-focused products)
• Experience in designing creative and innovative concepts in a complex framework with multiple constraining factors
• Experience in a multi-brand ecosystem of sites/apps, working closely with developers and speaking the same language
• Formal design education or proven equivalent
• Solid and proven UX and visual design expertise
• Proven expertise in setting up and maintaining design systems
• Knowledge and mastery of design and prototyping tools (ideally Figma)
• Knowledge and mastery of web analytics tools
• Experience defining and documenting visual and business logic
• Experience in user research, user testing, and using A/B testing tools
• Proactive, with excellent communication skills and experience working on remote teams

Responsibilities:

• Create concepts, wireframes, prototypes, UI; analyze data and support user research and experimentation
• Work closely with our Product Owner, Product Manager, and internal stakeholders, especially the Brand team, to ensure we deliver the right product
• Improve current product design processes and help establish a design system and documentation
• Adapt and develop brand guidelines; set up standards, guidelines, and patterns
• Enrich our user knowledge base through new experiments and ad-hoc user research
• Contribute to the definition of success metrics for the product
