Automation Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Be hands-on in creating detailed, well-structured test plans and implement automated distributed tests in Java
• Design, develop and maintain automation tests frameworks
• Work as part of a team in a dynamic and agile environment
• Automated and manual testing of developed applications (Web, API and SDK apps)
• Conduct root-cause analysis of identified defects, providing development teams with sufficient details to understand, replicate and resolve them

About you:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent understanding of SDLC
• Excellent in QA processes and methodologies, test plans, test case management, bug tracking systems, tools and procedures
• Knowledge of at least one OOP language – Java, PHP and etc. (Java is an advantage)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Web and API testing experience
• Experience in at least one RDBMS (PostgreSQL/ Mongo and etc.)
• Team player with strong communication skills and eager to learn new things
• Plan, write and execute automated test cases
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong self-organizing skills and ownership of deliveries

Nice to have:

• Experience with agile-based Software Development Processes
• Experience with database testing (preferably PostgreSQL, MySQL databases, Mongo)
