    We work with one of the largest start-up labs in Ireland. Our current clients are mainly start-up companies growing in a variety of areas.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities


    Project Planning and Management:

    • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Lead project kickoff meetings to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.

    Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
    • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation.
    • Create detailed functional specifications and ensure they align with business objectives.

    Stakeholder Communication:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the project team.
    • Facilitate regular status meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues.
    • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations for various audiences.

    Team Leadership and Collaboration:

    • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
    • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting their professional development.

    Quality Assurance and Testing:

    • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
    • Coordinate and oversee testing activities, including the creation of test plans and execution of test cases.
    • Identify and resolve defects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
    • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
    • Prepare post-project evaluations and lessons learned to inform future projects.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
    • Monitor risk factors and adjust plans as necessary to ensure project success.
    • Maintain a risk register and report on risk status to stakeholders.


    Required Qualifications

    • At least 2+ years of experience on similar Role – Project Manager or BA
    • Fluency in English, both oral and written;
    • Good client social skills;
    • Strong analytical skills;
    • Ability and desire to constantly learn and develop new skills;
    • Sense of responsibility, autonomous, proactive, resourceful, and team player;
    • Result-oriented professional able to keep strict deadlines;
