At DENSHI, our digital horizon is ever-expanding. As we venture forward, we’re searching for a Senior UI/UX Designer. We offer you the opportunity to join as one of the first employees of the company and shape its outlook. Together with our senior management team you will be able to collaborate on designing its technical foundations and practices and to work with the latest technologies.

Responsibilities:

• User Empathy: Conduct user research to understand behaviors, needs, and motivations.
• Design Evolution: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that optimize user journeys across our digital platforms.
• Collaborative Brilliance: Work in tandem with product managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to translate concepts into living, breathing designs.
• Feedback Loop: Analyze user feedback, A/B test results, and analytics to refine and iterate designs.
• Stay Inspired: Keep up with the latest trends and techniques in UI/UX design to ensure our designs remain fresh and relevant.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong client-facing experience and a proven track record of successfully collaborating with clients across diverse industries.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving abilities and impactful design projects, encompassing both web and mobile platforms.
• Experience in responsive design for web, mobile, and tablet platforms.
• Strong communication skills, both in presenting design ideas and in receiving feedback.

Desirable Skills:

• Understanding of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure designs are feasible.
• Experience with user research methods, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing. An eye for micro-interactions and motion design.
