    Overview:

    We are looking for a technically-minded Business Analyst, capable of driving digital product development through deep collaboration with both business and development teams. The ideal candidate understands both business goals and system design constraints, and can effectively translate between them.

    Responsibilities:

    • Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements.
    • Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation (user stories, use cases, workflows, acceptance criteria).
    • Work closely with development, UI/UX and testing teams to design feasible and scalable solutions.
    • Identify opportunities for product and process improvements based on technical understanding and comparative analysis.
    • Ensure alignment between business requirements and implementation throughout the entire delivery cycle.
    • Assist QA teams in aligning testing strategies with business goals and system behavior.
    • Support the definition of product strategy and roadmap in coordination with client stakeholders.

    Key Requirements:

    • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or a similar role.
    • Educational background in Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
    • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
    • Proven ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
    • Experience writing user stories, functional specifications, and use case documentation.
    • Practical knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps , JIRA, Confluence or similar.
    • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
    • Professional working proficiency in English
    • Strong process knowledge – ability to analyze, model, and optimize business processes across functional domains.
    • Familiarity with system architecture concepts such as data flows, APIs, system components, and integrations (no need for hands-on architectural design)

    Advantages:

    • Experience with integrated systems and APIs.
    • Proficiency with Excel for data analysis.
    • Ability to create UML diagrams (Use Case, Sequence, Activity).
    • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD concepts, and system design best practices.
    • Exposure to BPMN, Lean, or Agile product management certifications is a plus
