As DENSHI continues to push the boundaries of digital innovation, we’re looking for a hands-on, strategic leader to step in as the right hand of our CEO — someone ready to take full ownership of day-to-day operations across our entire B2C team. As Software Development Manager, you’ll lead and directly manage a cross-functional team of business analysts, designers, QAs, project managers, and developers building next-generation B2C digital products — from high-performance websites to complex web applications.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and leadership — combining deep technical knowledge (architecture, infrastructure, modern frameworks) with proven experience in leading people, driving delivery, and making tough decisions in a fast-moving environment. At DENSHI, you won’t inherit legacy systems — you’ll shape the future from the ground up, using the latest tech and your own judgment.

Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Build and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Frontend Development: Develop performant, accessible interfaces with React.js and Next.js, using modern component design principles.
• Architectural Design: Contribute to key architectural decisions focusing on modularity, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• API Development: Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs with clear contracts, versioning, and documentation.
• State Management: Implement and oversee client-side state using Redux, Context API, or similar technologies.
• Event-Driven Architecture: Design and manage asynchronous flows via Apache Kafka for internal services and business processes.
• CMS Integration: Architect and manage integrations with headless CMS platforms like Strapi and Payload.
• Performance Optimization: Enhance application performance through SSR/ISR, caching (Redis), and bundle/code splitting techniques.
• DevOps Collaboration: Collaborate with DevOps to maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure setup.
• Code Quality: Promote clean code, testing (Jest, Cypress), PR reviews, and mentoring practices within the team.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript in production.
• 5+ years of experience with Node.js for backend/API development.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Proven experience designing and scaling REST APIs; exposure to
• GraphQL is a plus.
• Experience working with headless CMS platforms like Strapi or Payload.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar message brokers in distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and managing cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of Docker and Kubernetes (preferably AKS).
• Solid Git skills and experience with PR-based workflows and code reviews.
• 2+ years of experience in people leadership – mentoring, 1:1s, performance goals.
