How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models that tackle real-world challenges and elevate our products.
• Collaborate closely with analysts, engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to bring intelligent solutions to life.
• Build end-to-end data pipelines: clean, transform, and augment large-scale datasets for optimal model performance.
• Integrate machine learning models into production systems and monitor them to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Write crystal-clear documentation and follow established methodologies to align with our department’s vision.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest in sports analytics, ML trends, and innovations in the betting industry.
• Proactively initiate new projects and spot opportunities where ML can supercharge our business goals.

Who You Are:

• You’ve got a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics—or something equally awesome.
• You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying ML models that make an impact.
• You know your way around Python, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, and data pipelines like a pro.
• You’re skilled in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM, and others.
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially GCP, is a big plus.
• You’re passionate, curious, and love staying up-to-date with the latest tech trends.
