Your Role:

We are seeking a Product Configuration Lead who will own the end-to-end user journeys across our platform. You will partner closely with Product, UX, Compliance, Payments, CRM, and Operations teams to define, configure, and maintain holistic flows. Your mission: ensure that every user’s interaction – from onboarding and deposits to retention and support – is consistent, compliant, and as frictionless as possible.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

User Flow Ownership

• Collaborate with Product & UX teams to design, refine, and maintain holistic user journeys across features and markets.
• Ensure platform configuration aligns fully with the product vision, business requirements, and regulatory expectations.

Configuration Oversight

• Translate product requirements into clear configuration rules / guidelines for Compliance, CRM, Payments, Operations and other supporting teams.
• Define and maintain standards, templates, best practices, and documentation for configuration work.
• Validate that individual configuration elements integrate properly to form coherent end-to-end user journeys.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Serve as the single point of accountability for platform configuration.
• Facilitate alignment across Product Managers, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and other stakeholders — especially during feature launches or when entering new markets.
• Lead configuration review sessions and change control processes.

Quality Assurance & Governance

• Test, verify, and approve user flows prior to go-live; identify gaps, inconsistencies, or misconfigurations.
• Maintain a configuration playbook or governance framework to ensure scalable and repeatable delivery.
• Ensure documentation is up to date, capturing changes, dependencies, and risk areas.

Continuous Improvement

• Solicit feedback from stakeholders (ops, compliance, CRM, payments, user research) to identify friction, inefficiencies, or compliance risk.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to streamline configuration processes, reduce duplication, improve speed without sacrificing quality.
• Stay current with iGaming regulations and industry practices; ensure that configuration approaches adapt appropriately to regulatory changes or new operational challenges.

Who You Are:

• Must-Have: Proven experience (3-5+ years) in iGaming / regulated digital platforms, particularly in roles that involve configuration, user journey design, product operations or business analysis.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end platform user journeys (onboarding, KYC, payments, bonus/promotions, retention etc.).
• Background in Product Management, Business Analysis, Configuration Management, or Product Operations.
• Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-team communication skills.
• High attention to detail; strong quality assurance mindset.
• Proven ability to document, define standards/templates, and enforce configuration processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent updates or changes due to product/digital/regulatory demands.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages / local/regulatory nuances is a plus.
