Your Team:

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Lead the design team’s day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient execution of creative projects.
• Foster a collaborative team culture through open communication and support.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Provide hands-on creative direction and constructive feedback throughout the design process.
• Align design strategies with product and business goals across various stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Drive decision-making and problem-solving within the team.
• Promote best practices in visual design, branding, UI/UX, and design thinking methodology.

Who You Are:

• 4–8 years of professional experience in a design-related role, with previous experience mentoring or leading designers considered a strong advantage.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and After Effects for motion graphics and animations.
• Experience managing end-to-end design projects, from concept through delivery.
• Skilled in agile workflows, scoping, planning, and execution.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and support team members based on individual strengths.
• Conflict resolution and decision-making skills to keep projects on track.
• Understanding of business goals and how to align design output accordingly.
