Position Overview
We are looking for a new member of our global Design Studio who will share our passion for perfect pixels, effective collaboration, and clear processes.
We are working on many complex and interesting projects, mainly B2C/B2B/SaaS. We create the user experience for web and mobile applications, serving clients in various industries: finance, healthcare, travel, etc.
Our designers combine user experience and visual skills, are flexible and proactive, and can work either independently on a project or as a part of a bigger design team.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging, user-friendly digital experiences
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
Use the results of the user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals
Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
6+ months of experience in UX/UI design, or a similar design field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and work
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and interaction design
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly
Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
