    Position Overview

    We’re looking for a skilled software security architect with a strong background in software security practices and technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the product’s security posture while driving strategic initiatives and fostering effective stakeholder relationships.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Engage with stakeholders to define software and infrastructure security requirements and advocate for necessary changes
    • Develop and maintain security strategies, policies, and procedures for the organization’s application infrastructure
    • Participate in software solution design, ensuring security considerations are integrated into product development
    • Perform threat modeling and risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities
    • Provide hands-on support for implementing security solutions and best practices
    • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding security matters
    • Ensure that the company’s applications adhere to applicable security standards and regulations
    • Mentor and support team members in security-related initiatives and practices

     

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in application security, focusing on web and mobile applications
    • In-depth knowledge of security principles and technologies, including cryptography, authentication, authorization, and access controls
    • Proven hands-on experience with various security testing tools
    • Familiarity with industry security standards, including OWASP Top 10, NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other relevant compliance frameworks
    • Strong communication skills to convey security concepts and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating creative and strategic thinking in addressing security challenges
