    Position Overview

Our client is a global music and entertainment conglomerate headquartered in the US, with offices in over 60 countries. The company is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation focused on modernizing its financial operations, consolidating data, and optimizing processes.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer specializing in complex enterprise-level software and web applications.

In this role, you will design and evolve sophisticated user interfaces, build and maintain a scalable tokenized design system in Figma, and create intuitive user experiences for multi-role systems with intricate permissions and data flows. You will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and developers to translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-centered designs that seamlessly integrate with modern front-end frameworks like Material UI and React.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and evolve complex user interfaces for enterprise-level software and web applications
    • Build and maintain a scalable, tokenized design system in Figma from scratch, ensuring consistency and alignment with modern front-end frameworks (Material UI, React components)
    • Develop user flows, journey maps, and interaction models for multi-role systems with intricate permissions and dependencies
    • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to translate complex business requirements and data flows into intuitive user experiences
    • Proactively identify edge cases and propose design solutions that handle complexity elegantly
    • Lead multiple design iterations at speed, balancing quality with delivery timelines
    • Conduct design reviews, gather stakeholder feedback, process research and user testing results, and refine designs with a user-centered approach
    • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, including component libraries and responsive behaviors

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience designing complex web applications, dashboards, or enterprise systems
    • Proven expertise in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, and tokenized design systems
    • Solid understanding of Material UI, React-based design constraints, and modern front-end technologies (you don’t need to code, but should understand how your designs translate into components)
    • Strong systems thinking: ability to model data flows, user roles, and edge cases in design solutions
    • Experience designing for multi-role, multi-permission environments and understanding the implications for UX
    • Advanced skills in building user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
    • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders on complex requirements
    • Experience in working with Agile teams and delivering rapid design iterations
    • Ability to handle constructive feedback and iterate effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment
    • Attention to detail and high aesthetic standards for modern UI design
    • Ability to produce work that improves team velocity, reducing friction between design and implementation

    What We Offer
