    Position Overview

A leading player in the French SaaS market, specializing in payroll and HR management solutions, is undertaking a major strategic initiative to build an innovative AI-powered assistant aimed at transforming HR processes.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer/Data Scientist to join a high-profile, strategic initiative to develop an innovative AI Copilot — a generative AI-powered assistant designed to transform HR management processes. As a core member of a dedicated agile team, you will leverage your expertise to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML models and systems that will shape the future of HR technology.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the hands-on design, development, and deployment of the AI Copilot, taking ownership of the technical implementation and outcomes
    • Play a key role in defining the technical architecture of the AI Copilot, ensuring it is scalable, robust, and secure.
    • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define the product roadmap and translate business requirements into technical solutions
    • Establish and promote best practices for MLOps, including model training, versioning, deployment, and monitoring
    • Work closely with other engineering teams to integrate the AI Copilot with our existing product suite

    Requirements

    • Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields, or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years in AI/ML engineering or data science with a strong portfolio demonstrating impact
    • Proficient in Python and experienced with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
    • Hands-on experience with modern AI ecosystems including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic systems, and model evaluation
    • Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps best practices
    • Strong collaborator passionate about working in fast-paced agile environments

    Nice To Have

    • Experience in SaaS product development
    • Professional proficiency in French is an advantage
