    Position Overview

    We’re looking for a professional with a deep understanding of AI technologies and hands-on experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), LangChain frameworks, cloud services, and MLops, including model training and deployment practices.

    In this project, you will be part of the DataArt AI Lab core team, working on diverse initiatives focused on AI-driven transformation. You will collaborate closely with AI Lab leaders to improve productivity, drive innovation, and reduce operational costs across various industries.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Strategically lead and advise on AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with the AI Lab and overall company objectives
    • Work alongside diverse client teams to assess business requirements and design tailored AI solutions that integrate generative AI, LLMs, and MLops practices
    • Present recommendations and proposals to current and prospective AI clients by showcasing innovative offerings and business value
    • Lead and develop the Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Accelerator projects, incorporating advanced cloud integration and generative AI technologies
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team, and disseminating relevant insights to clients and internal groups

     

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in the implementation and leadership of AI/ML projects
    • Practical experience in AI roles such as Consultant or AI Solution Architect
    • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field
    • Demonstrable hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions in a business context
    • Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
    • Expertise in Generative AI/LLMs; candidates should be comfortable working with modern frameworks and tools such as LangChain
    • A solid understanding of MLOps practices, including setting up model training pipelines, continuous integration/deployment, and monitoring ML models
    • Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present proposals, and manage stakeholder expectations
