Position Overview
Our client is a software company providing client management applications to organizations in the healthcare industry.
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our team building AI-powered healthcare services. A key focus will be integrating a Voice AI assistant that supports patients through registration, appointment scheduling and self-scheduling, rescheduling visits, physician referrals, and urgent after-hours consultations with intelligent symptom intake and analysis.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver
Collaborate on testing strategies and define test types
Prepare and manage test plans, cases, and reports
Execute automated and manual tests, logging defects
Analyze test outcomes to identify trends and provide insights
Work with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements
Requirements
4+ years of experience in automated testing
Knowledge of and experience working with Selenium, WebDriver (preferably of .NET/C# stack)
Knowledge of test types and methods of organizing them while testing various applications
Experience working with test documentation (test plans, cases)
Good understanding of Postman, Swagger, and other API testing tools
Readiness to handle manual tasks
Good spoken English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice To Have
Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and experience with FHIR and related integrations
