Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and technical Personalization Architect to join our team and drive the delivery of personalized experiences across our digital platforms. This role will require you to work with cutting-edge technologies such as Salesforce, Adobe Analytics (AA), GA4, CMS, and Coveo to implement data-driven, personalized content based on user behavior, data, and context.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with expertise in creating and optimizing personalized experiences across both logged-in and non-logged-in states, and be comfortable integrating multiple systems and technologies to enhance user engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop personalization features (JavaScript, APIs)
Use tools like Adobe Target, Salesforce, GA4, Coveo, CMS
Run A/B tests and analyze data for optimization
Ensure GDPR compliance and manage cookies/tracking
Build dynamic content and user segments
Work with recommendation engines for engagement
Integrate data from CRM, CMS, and analytics for seamless personalization
Requirements
Strong development skills, including experience with JavaScript, server-side coding, and API integrations to implement personalization strategies
Familiarity with personalization tools such as Adobe Target, Salesforce, GA4, Coveo, and CMS platforms
Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques, as well as the ability to analyze data and use it to enhance personalization efforts
Familiarity with third-party cookie management, user tracking, and GDPR compliance when implementing personalization strategies
Experience with dynamic content delivery systems, including building and maintaining user segments based on demographic, behavioral, and contextual data
Experience working with recommendation engines (e.g., Adobe Target, personalization algorithms) to improve user engagement and conversion rates
Strong experience in integrating multiple tools and data sources (e.g., CRM, CMS, data analytics platforms) to deliver a seamless personalized experience across various digital channels
Nice to Have
Experience with advanced personalization techniques such as behavioral targeting, dynamic content, and predictive analytics
Familiarity with the integration of personalization technologies into eCommerce platforms or large-scale websites
Knowledge of mobile-first personalization strategies and mobile optimization
