    Position Overview

Our project focuses on the Healthcare sector within the US market, designed to streamline interactions between clinics and patients. It aims to reduce clinic wait times, transition to electronic document management, and ease the workload of hospital staff by automating routine tasks.

We are looking for an experienced QlikView Engineer to help maintain and support our existing reporting environment during a transition period. We plan to modernize the business intelligence platform, replacing the current QlikView-based solution. However, before getting there, we need to ensure the current setup remains stable and functional.

This is a hands-on role focused on keeping our QlikView deployment running smoothly. While you won’t be directly involved in the upcoming migration, your work will be critical in supporting business continuity and ensuring reliable reporting for our users.

    Responsibilities

    • System Support & Incident Resolution
    • Monitor the health of the QlikView environment and respond to outages or performance issues
    • Troubleshoot system failures and coordinate with SRE and Operations teams for resolution
    • Identify and implement preventive measures to reduce future incidents
    • Report Investigation & Data Validation
    • Analyze data inconsistencies in existing QlikView reports
    • Review embedded business logic to trace and resolve reporting issues
    • Administration & Access Management
    • Handle user access, roles, and permissions within QlikView and our custom access management solution
    • Perform regular maintenance and administrative tasks to support the BI platform

    Requirements

    • Solid experience with QlikView (development, administration, and support)
    • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in production environments
    • Familiarity with BI architecture and data workflows
    • Basic understanding of access control systems and user role management

    Nice To Have

    • Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Splunk, Prometheus)
    • Experience supporting or decommissioning legacy BI systems
    • Awareness of modern BI platforms or experience participating in re-platforming initiatives

    What We Offer

    • Unique corporate culture – no micromanagement, friendly atmosphere, freedom, and mutual respect
    • Flexible schedule – ability to change projects, to work from home, and to try yourself in different roles
    • Professional Development Map – a comprehensive map of your professional development within DataArt
    • We hire people not for a project, but for the company. If the project (or your work in it) is over, you go to another project or to a paid “Idle”.
    • Social benefits – additional health insurance, life insurance, sports card, etc.
    • Opportunity to work from another DataArt office in a different city or country (temporarily or permanently)
    • Free English courses
    • Cozy office with a great atmosphere
    • Snacks, drinks, and fruits are always available
