Position Overview
Our client is a global leader in technology-driven solutions for administration and payments, with over 70 years of experience and more than 5,000 employees across 25+ locations. They provide services in pensions, share registration, investments, and employee benefits, managing millions of shareholder records and processing billions in payments annually. Their secure online platform is trusted by millions to manage investments, access market insights, and handle shareholder services efficiently.
We are looking for an experienced Delphi Developer to join our team to work on a legacy system that continues to evolve to meet client needs. This role is evenly split between maintaining the existing platform and developing new functionality. You will support multiple clients through day-to-day tasks such as fixing bugs, handling data update requests, implementing new features, and delivering improvements tailored to unique business requirements.
Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance an established Delphi-based system
Investigate and resolve bugs and performance issues
Process data update requests and client-specific change requests
Develop new functionality and improve existing features to meet evolving client needs
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and timely delivery
Requirements
Proven Delphi knowledge or prior working experience
Strong understanding of algorithms
Proficiency in SQL
Experience with Oracle databases
