Position Overview

Our client is a leading multinational company operating in the manufacturing and distribution sector, currently undertaking a significant digital transformation initiative to integrate its European ERP systems with a modern CRM and PIM platform.

The project aims to unify different data types across multiple systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency. This involves leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including ETL tools, cloud-based data lakes, and compliance frameworks.

The initiative will enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support the organization’s growth strategy in key European markets.

As part of this transformation, the project includes data consolidation, cleansing, and deduplication, creating robust data mapping and reconciliation processes, and integrating multiple systems to support critical business operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled Informatica Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Informatica (cloud version) and Snowflake, along with hands-on experience in ETL processes, data modeling, and SQL scripting. This role will play a critical part in transforming and integrating data across multiple environments to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement end-to-end ETL processes using Informatica Cloud
• Develop and optimize data models for ODS, Staging, Data Warehouses, and Data Marts
• Write and debug advanced SQL queries for data analysis and transformation
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and deliver scalable data integration solutions
• Identify and address data quality issues to ensure high accuracy and reliability of information
• Use ad-hoc analysis techniques for on-the-fly data insights and problem resolution
• Deploy and debug Informatica mappings across environments efficiently

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Informatica (cloud version) and Snowflake
• Data modeling experience
• Ability to write advanced SQL
• Experience in the identification of data quality
• Experience designing and building complete ETL Informatica processes moving and transforming data for ODS, Staging, Data Warehouse, and Data Mart
• Utilize ad-hoc techniques to perform on-the-fly analyses of data
• Proficient in how to deploy to and debug Informatica mapping environments
• Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B1+)
• Collaborate closely with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data integration solutions
• Team leadership experience
