    We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our CRM solution based on the Salesforce platform in the Healthcare sector.

    Job description

    You will work closely with stakeholders to define and implement business requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals and evolving business needs. This role may require occasional business trips.

    The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and experience in IT outsourcing or software development environments.

    ‍Requirements:

    • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an IT outsourcing or software development environment;
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field;
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
    • Experience working with distributed teams and offshore delivery models;
    • Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence);
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills;
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, Proven experience in challenging stakeholder management;
    • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail;
    • Background in the healthcare domain;
    • German B2 level.

    Nice to Have:

    • Certification in Agile frameworks (e.g., CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent);
    • Experience with UI/UX design and prototyping tools.

    ‍Responsibilities:

    Business Analysis:

    • Collaborate with clients to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements;
    • Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications;
    • Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to align requirements with technical capabilities;
    • Analyze and optimize business processes, workflows, and systems;
    • Create and manage process models, wireframes, and other relevant documentation.

    Product Ownership:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and prioritizations;
    • Define, own, and maintain the Product Backlog, ensuring it aligns with business goals;
    • Work closely with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements;
    • Prioritize backlog items based on business value, technical dependencies, and delivery timelines;
    • Create and manage product roadmaps, release plans, and success metrics.

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders;
    • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder reviews;
    • Ensure timely and effective communication of progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders;
    • Negotiate priorities and manage stakeholder expectations.

    Collaboration and Leadership:

    • Lead requirement-gathering workshops with cross-functional teams;
    • Work closely with QA and development teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues;
    • Drive alignment between business goals and technical solutions;
    • Mentor Junior Business Analysts within the organization.
