    As a Salesforce Solutions/Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering robust, scalable solutions that address the complex needs of enterprise clients.

    Job Description

    As a Salesforce Solutions/Enterprise Architect, you will work closely with the Portfolio Leader in the US healthcare industry, focusing on presales efforts, enterprise architecture, and technology selection for a large-scale Patient Support Program project. Your expertise in Salesforce, enterprise architecture principles, and industry-specific challenges will be pivotal in driving successful outcomes.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in enterprise architecture roles, with expertise in designing and implementing scalable solutions for large organizations;
    • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud);
    • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and principles, including governance, scalability, and security;
    • Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale Salesforce implementation projects, including system integration and multi-cloud deployments;
    • Ability to design and manage architectural artifacts, such as solution roadmaps, integration patterns, and data architecture;
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language for diverse audiences;
    • Experience working in cross-functional enterprise teams, collaborating with technical, business, and executive stakeholders;
    • Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and best practices in large-scale enterprise environments;
    • Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time for client engagements.

    ‍Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Portfolio Leader on presales activities, including developing enterprise-level architectural strategies, defining solution blueprints, and guiding technology selection;
    • Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, ensuring alignment with client business goals, scalability, and integration requirements;
    • Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify needs, evaluate vendor capabilities, and design end-to-end Salesforce-based solutions tailored to enterprise-scale operations;
    • Serve as a trusted advisor on Salesforce architecture and its integration within broader IT ecosystems, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide technology strategies;
    • Lead the development of architectural artifacts such as solution blueprints, data flow diagrams, integration strategies, and implementation roadmaps;
    • Provide guidance on governance, security, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem, addressing enterprise-specific challenges;
    • Conduct high-level evaluations of technology stacks, ensuring solutions adhere to enterprise principles such as scalability, performance, and maintainability;
    • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present architectural designs, balancing technical depth with business priorities to ensure alignment;
    • Engage directly with clients to understand their strategic goals, translating them into actionable enterprise architecture strategies.
