Join an exciting Salesforce transformation initiative for our new client, a global leader in the industrial gases sector. We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect who brings deep expertise in designing scalable Salesforce solutions, especially in manufacturing environment.

‍Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations across multiple modules and business units;
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, including solution and technical architecture design;
• Manufacturing industry experience – strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and how Salesforce can support them;
• Proven ability to design and implement both high-level architecture and detailed technical solutions;
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and integrations with third-party systems;
• Ability to assess and resolve technical challenges and project escalations swiftly and effectively.

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect);
• Experience with CI/CD in Salesforce environments;
• Background in global project environments or large-scale enterprise implementations;
• Pre-Sales experience.

‍Responsibilities:

• Design and lead high-level architecture for complex Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, and other clouds;
• Create low-level technical designs, data models, and integration patterns that align with business goals;
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure architectural integrity and scalability;
• Provide guidance on technical escalations, performance optimization, and solution feasibility;
• Drive best practices in Salesforce development and architecture across the project lifecycle;
• Participate in Pre-Sales activities.
