YOUR MISSION

• Define and execute the Dynamics 365 roadmap, aligning with business goals and market trends

• Lead practice growth through hiring, onboarding, and talent development strategies

• Oversee projects to ensure quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction

• Drive capability building via training programs, certifications, and knowledge sharing

• Collaborate with executives and sales teams to shape go-to-market strategies and win opportunities

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Proven success in building or scaling a Dynamics 365 practice or delivery team

• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, implementation, and integration

• Skilled in project governance, delivery methodologies (Agile, Sure Step), and risk management

• Strong stakeholder management skills with C-level engagement experience

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect certification or similar is a plus

• Fluent in English; German/Dutch an advantage; ability to travel for business
