Customer Support Agent with Spanish, Italian, Russian or French

We are looking for: a Customer Support Agent with English and with one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, Russian or French.

Your responsibilities:

• To provide excellent support and customer care services to the end users of our Client;
• To be able to react to customers’ requests promptly and professionally;
• To operate correctly with our Client’s internal software programs and applications;

Our Requirements:

• Fluency in the relevant foreign languages – both spoken and written
• Working language – English
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional attitude
• Excel, Internet
