    You’ll be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying growth opportunities to drive innovation and maximize profitability. You’ll be instrumental in working closely with business areas to identify and plan specifically both data & integration-focused projects. You will be a critical member of our team, delivering impactful and innovative technology solutions that support business growth and improve the customer experience.

    What you’ll do

     

    • Requirement gathering and analysis: working with stakeholders to understand their business needs and developing requirements specifications that drive technology solutions.
    • Stakeholder management: Communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical, to build relationships and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives.
    • Solution design and development: working with technology teams to design and develop solutions that meet business requirements, including process design and system specifications.
    • Testing and validation: Ensuring that solutions are tested and validated to meet business requirements.
    • Supporting the wider project activity with planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery management. There may be opportunities to take the lead on delivering some projects.

     

    Who you are

     

    It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:

     

    • Demonstrable experience in delivering across data-focused projects, data platforms and integrations. Experience with data warehousing and similar would be advantageous.
    • Analytical thinking and problem solving with an exceptional attention to detail
    • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
    • Experienced in requirements gathering and management, with the ability to work effectively with diverse, global teams
    • A level of relevant technical knowledge in relevant industries and technologies

     

    Location – Sofia – Hybrid

     

    The role will be hybrid model with the expectation of being in the Sofia office 2-3 days per week as required.
