As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Windows Application Operations Engineer in our CommerzReal team.
Your tasks:
Optimization, maintenance and support for Exchange OnPrem and Exchange Online;
Creating various automations and scripting of recurring tasks;
Active directory management and maintenance, AD infrastructure;
Windows Server Management and Maintenance – install, configure, administer and patch;
2nd and 3rd level of support – incident, problem and change management;
Database SQL Management and Maintenance;
Good knowledge of IT security in relation to the field of activity;
Experience with ITSM-Tools;
Administration, customization and setup of SharePoint;
Management and administration of Veeam backup;
Actively participating in Scrum and KanBan ceremonies such as Daily, Planning, Review, Retro.
Your profile:
Prior working experience of at least 2-3 years with Active Directory
Prior working experience of at least 2-3 years with Exchange OnPrem and Online
Prior working experience of Windows Server Management
Prior working experience of at least 2-3 years with Microsoft SQL
Prior working experience with vSphere and vCenter
Scripting experience preferably with PowerShell
Excellent understanding of AD concepts – groups, policies, users, domains etc.
Prior work experience with Veeam backup or be willing to learn it
Experience with SharePoint
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Proactive mindset
Processual experience along the ITIL / COBIT frameworks
The willing of continuous improvement of IT-Processes and IT-Services
Fluency in English
The skills that will be considered as an advantage:
