As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Test Engineer in our Dialog Systems team.
Your tasks:
Contribution to quality assurance: Your main duty is to ensure functional solutions are thoroughly tested and meet the required quality standards. Manual testing of test concepts is required. Automation may also be necessary.
Testconcept design and analysis: You will design test-concepts based on technical and functional requirements, implementing tests for new functions, features, modules, or interfaces. This requires a combination of process skill and understanding of the technology used.
Documentation: You are responsible for documenting tests for component requirements. This involves detailing the procedures, outcomes, and any issues identified during testing processes.
Collaboration and communication: You will develop and communicate testing solutions and concepts within your team located in Sofia, Quickborn, and Rostock.
Issue analysis and resolution: In case of incidents or issues, you will analyze problems and find solutions in close collaboration with other involved teams.
Testing expertise: You are one of the testing experts within your scrum team, ensuring that developed features meet the highest standards of quality
Your profile:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are crucial for identifying and addressing software issues.
Experience with Cloud Testing.
Knowledge of RESTful web services and API testing.
Effective communication and teamwork are necessary to convey test results clearly and collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
Requirements Engineering, User Stories and definition/verification of acceptance criteria.
Patience, resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to learn are important for thorough work and adapting to new technologies.
A bonus skill is basic programming skills in languages like Java or Python and familiarity with test tools such as Selenium and JUnit.
