Test Coordinator (m/f/diverse)

As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Test Coordinator in our Digital Workplace team.

Your tasks:

• Assisting TPM/POs regarding the test scenarios creation​.
• Coordinating the test proceeding and documenting the results.​
• Analysis of the test results and communicating them with the teams and the Release coordinator​.
• Integrating / Aligning the test results with the Defect manager.​
• Facilitating and assisting communication with the teams regarding test results.​
• Reviewing test results after solution implementation in coordination with the Defect and Release Coordinator​.
• Coordinating Test management for DWP Cluster and other relevant TF products.
• Main Contact for Technical Product Managers, Product Owners within the DWP Cluster and other TF relevant products regarding Test Management​.
• Supporting on documenting the test management process according to the ALM Octane workflow.

Your profile:

• Experience in Agile working environment and workflows.
• Previous experience in Test Management/ ALM Octane usage is an advantage.
• Experience in using M365 products, ALM Octane Tool knowledge is an advantage.
• Customer orientation and ownership attitude for the assigned responsibilities to deliver results in time and in line with the clients needs.
• Service-oriented and transparent in their collaboration with ordered services.
