    As part of this strategy, Commerzbank is expanding its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. The teams here are focused on development, improvement and support of software solutions which digitalize the business of the bank. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Technical Analyst in our Business Connectivity team.

    Your tasks:

    • Understanding and analyzing business requirements, defining and designing appropriate functional solutions;
    • Designing technical and functional solutions; implementing new functions, modules, or interfaces of applications;
    • Consulting the business as well as IT experts on functional concepts of the application and on business process or workflow optimization, developing and communicating solutions and concepts within teams involved (located in Lodz (Pl) and Frankfurt (D))
    • Defining functional test scenarios as well as quality assurance measures;
    • Analyzing and designing solutions of the problems in close collaboration with other involved teams;
    • Being one of the experts within your scrum team for all aspects of functional and business analysis aspects for the new API products and applications (design, build and run);
    • Contributing to development new processes implemented in ServiceNow

    Your profile:

    • Experience with ServiceNow;
    • Good understanding and ability to analyze business requirements (actual/target);
    • Experience with gathering and documenting business requirements and design / devolpment of functional solution / function IT concept;
    • Ability to to understand and advise business as well as IT regarding best technical / functional solution or set-up of the application;
    • Experience in API development / API concepts would be considered an advantage;
    • Knowledge about methods of agile software development;
    • Fluency in English;
    • University degree in IT or relevant.
