As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a ServiceNow Security Operations Engineer in our Cyber Defense and Base Services team.

The Cyber Defense & Base Services Cluster plays a critical role in safeguarding the bank from cyber threats while delivering key infrastructure services globally. Within this cluster, the Cyber Threat Platforms team focuses on developing, integrating, and optimizing advanced threat detection and response systems to secure the organization’s on-premises and cloud environments.

Your profile:

• Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations on maintenance, feature implementation, Integration and deployment. Extensive experience in implementing and enhancing modules like Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance, and Data Leakage Prevention within the ServiceNow platform;
• Proven ability to configure and customize workflows, enhancements, and integrations to streamline security operations and ensure compliance;
• Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, and relevant APIs for developing custom applications and integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem;
• Developing and deploying automated workflows and notifications to enhance incident and vulnerability management capabilities;
• Strong expertise in analyzing security data generated by ServiceNow functionalities for the purpose of incident response and compliance assessments;
• Familiarity with using ServiceNow’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Discovery, and IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities to provide an accurate view of the security landscape;
• Expertise in the development and management of Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) playbooks to optimize incident response processes.
