    As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a (Senior) Scrum Master / Team Coach in our Digital Workplace team.

    Within the cluster Digital Workplace we provide a global end-to-end operation of workplace services and customer-oriented continuous innovation. This includes vendor/supplier/outsourcing management, as well as strategic development of workplace services, product and hardware management up to various service offerings regarding end-user support or digitalization activities.

    Your tasks:

    • Coaching 1 up to 3 teams in agile methodologies and implementing events based on the needs of the team (e.g. Backlog Refinements, Plannings, Reviews, and Retrospectives);
    • Building and fostering an environment of psychological safety within your assigned teams;
    • Being responsible for the preparation and facilitation of crucial team and team-overarching events (such as the PI Planning);
    • Conducting structured analysis of status quo within teams and development of an improvement plan (which is gradually extended);
    • Collaborating with Product Owners and Product Managers in terms of backlog management and handling of new (customer) requests;
    • Defining and implementing quality standards in delivery (such as Definition of Done and Definition of Ready);
    • Pro-actively managing Risks, Impediments and Dependencies;
    • Acting as a trainer and providing team-overarching trainings around agile related topics (e.g. Agile Requirements Engineering, Backlog Management, Agile Product Management);
    • Helping the team to implement delivery and quality metrics/KPIs to better evaluate and understand room for improvement;
    • Acting as crucial counterpart of the overarching transformation team and providing input to shape the Operating Model of the future;
    • Actively engaging in our Agile Community and share your knowledge & experience.

    Your profile:

    • Proficient understanding of traditional delivery methods and agile methodologies on team level;
    • Very strong facilitation, moderation, presentation, and conflict management skills;
    • Proven track record of working with multiple stakeholders from team to upper management level;
    • Possession over analytical thinking, confidence and a methodological mindset;
    • Good knowledge of strategic frameworks and how to utilize them to sense improvement opportunities (SWOT, PESTL, Balanced Scorecard, etc.);
    • Proven track record of Product Owner and/or Product Manager coaching;
    • Experience with working in a large-scale transformation project;
    • Preferably experience in building up teams from scratch;
    • Every project management or agile related certification is a plus but not mandatory;
    • Experience and certification(s) in ITIL are a plus but not mandatory;
    • Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
    • University degree in IT or relevant.
