As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Senior SAP Developer in our HR Processes and Products team.
The HR Processes and Products team assumes overall product responsibility: from requirements assessment through software development to operation. We use agile working methods to respond flexibly to the needs of our internal customers and to provide them with the best possible services and products.
Your tasks
Analyzing, designing and implementing various requirements in the SAP environment;
Being responsible for the technical structure of H4S4 payroll system and its interface to Success Factors;
Coordinating all relevant stakeholders, such as program management and company colleagues, in order to develop the most efficient and stable solution approach possible;
Being responsible for operation and development of the product;
Participating in strategic decisions and thus sustainably develop the system landscape of the Human Resources division.
Your profile:
Prior experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP Success Factors;
Prior experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and in particular SAP Cloud Integration (CPI);
Good knowledge of common interface protocols (RESTful, ALE, RFC, OData, etc.);
Good process knowledge in HCM;
Willingness to support other (IT) topics as well;
Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
University degree in IT or relevant.
