Senior Java Software Engineer (Dialog Systems) (m/f/diverse)

As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Senior Java Software Engineer in our Dialog Systems team.

Your tasks:

• Contributing to functional solutions.
• Analysis, technical and functional solution designing (implementation of new functions, modules, or interfaces).
• Developing and communicating solutions and concepts within teams involved (located in Sofia, Quickborn and Rostock).
• Defining functional test scenarios as well as quality assurance measures.
• Analyzing and designing solutions of the problems, in close collaboration with other involved teams, in case of incidents or issues.
• Development experts within your scrum team.

Your profile:

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of RESTful web services and API development.
• Development according to Clean Code, Design Patterns, and topics related to secure software development (e.g., OWASP).
• Requirements Engineering, User Stories and definition/verification of acceptance criteria.
• Software Stack: Java, JEE-Frameworks, Spring, Hibernate, Maven, Git, SQL (Oracle PL/SQL).
• German language knowledge will be considered as advantage.
