As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Senior Java Developer in our Business Connectivity team.
Your tasks:
Technical consulting of projects regarding API design and technical analysis of EPICs;
Being responsible for the maintenance of the created APIs and Mid-tiers as technical 2nd and 3rd level contact person;
Working with team members to investigate design approaches and evaluate technical feasibility;
Engaging with internal and external partners to identify requirements;
Supporting incident resolution and bug fixing;
Reviewing code of other Engineers, performing tests and creating test automation cases;
Writing high-quality, maintainable code;
Performing peer code reviews;
Building and maintaining large-scale, high-performance cloud architectures;
Working in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Your profile:
Strong experience in development of microservices with latest Java / Spring Boot in the cloud;
Experience with Java development or other Object Oriented language;
Experience with APIs / REST Design;
Knowledge in monitoring (Dynatrace and Elastic Stack);
Experience with automated web services tests;
Fluency in English;
University degree in IT or relevant.
