Senior Business Analyst (Credit products) (m/f/diverse)

As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst in our Credit Products team.

The cluster Credit Products provides analog and digital credit application processes, utilizing all its necessary applications. Our aim is to fulfill the customer’s credit request quickly and efficiently as standardized as possible via all channels, while offering a customized product suite within competitive / market landscape.

Your tasks:

• Understanding, analyzing and challenging business requirements, define and design the appropriate functional soultions to be realized by the development team;
• Participating in the technical and functional solution design; implementation of new functions, modules, or interfaces of credit applications;
• You will consulting the business as well as IT experts on functional concepts of the application and on business process or workflow optimization;
• Developing and communicating solutions and concepts within teams involved (located in Sofia and Frankfurt);
• Collaborating with the product owner and cross-functional teams;
• Identifying and communicate with key stakeholders;
• Defining functional test scenarios as well as quality assurance measures. In that context you will be also supporting and coordinating test-activities;
• In case of incidents or issues, you will analysing and designing solutions of the problems in close collaboration with other involved teams and team members;
• You are one of the experts within your scrum team for all aspects of functional and business analysis aspects for the new Individual & Specialized Credit applications (design, build and run);

Your profile:

• Combination of strong IT affinity and business skills;
• Business expertise in the banking industry, especially credit;
• Agile Software Development knowledge;
• Jira, Confluence skills;
• Good analytic thinking with attention to details to solve problems;
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions;
• Good team player with high ability to work in cross-locational and international teams;
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
• University degree in IT or relevant.
• German language knowledge will be consider as advantage;
• Business travel to Germany after knowledge transfer is conducted.
