As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Security Services Engineer (SASE) in our Network & Security Infrastructure team.
Your tasks:
Providing 1st and 2nd level support for the SASE environment for our internal customers, as well as our international branches;
Handling Requests, Incidents, Changes and Problems in our production SASE environment;
Supporting various security projects;
Communicating with different internal departments as well as external companies and vendors;
Participating in weekends, public holiday and on-call support when required;
Contributting as an effective team player in an agile team.
Your profile:
High level of competence and several years of professional experience with SASE environments (Configuration and Troubleshooting);
At least 1-2 years product knowledge of Palo Alto Prisma and the Palo Alto Global Protect Client;
Experience with Cloud Environments (GCP and Microsoft Azure);
Knowledge with Microsoft Products (Active Directory,SAML, Certificates);
Experience with Firewall, IDS/IPS and Malware protection technologies (preferred Palo Alto);
Experience working with IPSec/SSL VPN;
Experience in Remote Access technologies;
Experience with SSL Interception and Proxy technologies;
Understanding of Network protocols, Network Security principles and best practices.
