As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Scrum Master in our Cyber Defense and Base Services team.

Your tasks:

• Supporting agile teams, working in up to four locations to ensure optimal workflows.
• Building a safe and trustful working environment to strengthen the satisfaction in your team and performance.
• Implementing and promoting agile values, principles, and methods in a dynamic IT environment.
• Facilitating and organizing scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, stakeholder meetings) in your team as well on cluster level on a regular basis.
• Coaching scrum and Kanban teams and product owners in agile practices, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
• Managing risk, dependencies and impediments by identifying as well removing obstacles that hinder team’s progress.
• Supporting the team in creating and regularly updating OKR’s (Objectives and Key Results).
• Promoting collaboration and communication between teams as well as stakeholders.
• Fostering an active know-how transfer within the team.
• Being an active part of the Scrum Master Community in your cluster and key area.
• Ensuring adherence to scrum processes and supporting the development of agile way of working within the Commerzbank.
• Supporting the agile team to deliver in time according to the planning, in an efficient and audit compliant manner.
• Closing collaboration with Product Owners and Product Manager including challenging backlog items and handling new customer requests.

Your profile:

• Experience with Scrum Methodology – supporting the self-organization and responsibility of the agile team.
• Coaching product owner and team members to support them in personal and team development.
• Moderating different meetings and events.
• Good technical understanding and experience in working with IT-Teams and Service providers.
• Good analytical skills, read between the lines and the ability to establish and explain the context.
• Experience and understanding of different security services like SIEM, Vulnerability & Compliance, Threat Intelligence, etc.
