Network Management System Engineer (m/f/diverse)

As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Network Management System Engineer in our Network and Security Infrastructure team.

Your tasks:

• Being an Infosim Stablenet application specialist (back office, administration and implementation of customer requirements; additional in-house training possible);
• Handling Requests, Incidents, Changes and Problems in NMS environment;
• Communicating with different internal departments as well as external companies and vendors;
• Working closely with Frankfurt network planning, management, carrier and security team;
• Following company guidelines and ensuring that all internal requirements and standards are met;
• Keeping up-to-date NMS documentation for responsible areas.

Your profile:

• Network knowledge including CLI knowledge of IOS/Nexus/Lantronix/HP for policy configuration checks and programming in StableNet;
• Network management technologies such as SNMP/SYSLOG/NTP/IP SLA, NetFlow;
• Good knowledge of the application Infosim StableNet (additional in-house training possible);
• Good Perl knowledge to modify and build to fulfill customer requirements;
• Good knowledge of Oracle Database to modify data or get data out;
• General understanding of MS-Database-Technologies (Microsoft SQL Server 2016) and a solid understanding of MS-SQL-Syntax;
• Linux / Unix advanced knowledge;
• Understanding of web-technologies (APIs / REST ) and knowledge in ASP;
• Experience in using tools like Ansible, Terraform and GitHub as well as programming in Perl, Python and network APIs;
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
• University degree in IT or relevant.
