Mid/Senior ServiceNow Administrator (m/f/diverse)

As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Mid/ Senior ServiceNow Administrator in our Operations & Monitoring team.

Your tasks:

• Managing and optimizing standardized, out-of-the-box ServiceNow processes according to demand, ensuring efficient and streamlined processes;
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and defects related to ServiceNow processes;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with various business systems and applications and their interfaces, based on REST API technology;
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation;
• Being responsible for Operational stability, i.e. make sure that processes are adhered to, and daily checks are carried out, including scheduled jobs monitoring and – if applicable – restarting and troubleshooting.

Your profile:

• Previous experience in ServiceNow configuration including workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripting and integrations using REST API;
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, principles and processes;
• Experience in ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server setup;
• Knowledge of Automated Test Framework (ATF) and deployment processes;
• Understanding of ITIL processes;
• Ability to work in agile environment;
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills;
• Logical and analytical thinking;
• Fluency in English – both written and verbal;
• University degree in IT or relevant.
