    As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Business Expert Qualtrics in our HR Processes and Products team.

    We are building a new (cloud) architecture for our HR platforms and need experts who are well-versed in Qualtrics and enjoy redesigning and optimizing our products. In doing so, you will help create an optimal working environment for our employees – for the best time at Commerzbank AG. And you will benefit from it too!

    As a specialist in Qualtrics, your task is the administration of Qualtrics as well as the coordination of various HR survey projects at our international locations and in Germany. You will help ensure a seamless operation and further develop our Qualtrics-products.

    Your tasks:

    • Coordinating and orchestrating requirements as well as participating in employee survey projects
    • Administration of Qualtrics
    • Supporting the Technical Product Manager in ensuring operational stability (3rd level support)
    • Internal implementation of the regular Qualtrics releases
    • Acting as the point of contact for technical inquiries regarding employee surveys
    • Establishing organizational measures, taking regulatory requirements into account
    • Leading contract negotiations with Qualtrics
    • Project-based work

    Your profile:

    • Experience in the administration of Qualtrics and the interaction of various cloud systems, as well as the different Qualtrics modules, especially: (XM for Employee Experience – People Engage Employees (certification would be ideal) /XM for Employee Experience – People Lifecycle Employees (certification would be ideal).
    • Configuration knowledge in Qualtrics is desirable.
    • Understanding of regulatory and data protection frameworks.
    • Experience with contract negotiations is advantageous.
    • Project experience and experience in HR survey projects.
    • Ability to think abstractly, conceptually, and analytically, showing initiative and proactiveness, with the capacity to quickly adapt to new subject areas.
    • High affinity for technologies and openness to agile working methods.
    • High performance and customer orientation, coupled with adaptability and flexibility.
    • Enjoyment of continuous learning, even in complex matters.
    • Strong communication skills coupled with very good English language proficiency – German skills are helpful.
