    As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Junior Application Operation Engineer SAP in our Loan and Restructuring Solutions team.

    Your tasks:

    • Managing applications and SAP Credit operations, focusing on meeting SLAs, optimizing; operations, implementing changes, and providing support;
    • Ensuring all service level agreements are met;
    • Optimizing and automating processes;
    • Conducting tests to ensure system reliability;
    • Monitoring infrastructure and applications, and being available for on-call duty;
    • Designing and consulting on automation batch processes;
    • Coordinating project implementations;
    • Managing technical processes;
    • Supporting delivery and batch planning.

    Your profile:

    • Experience in SAP system administration and maintenance;
    • Good knowledge of software packaging, build, and deployment;
    • Experience with Agile software development and Scrum methodologies;
    • Proactive and structured approach to operations and project support;
    • Strong customer orientation and ownership of responsibilities
    • Good collaboration and communication skills;
    • Well-organized with strong analytical thinking;
    • Good knowledge of spoken and written English; good understanding of German;
    • Completed studies with an IT major or comparable education/qualification is desirable;
    • Ability to work on-call and provide technical support during weekends if needed.
