    The company

    As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in AI capabilities and HR service delivery, with a comprehensive understanding of HR data and machine learning. Your main focus will be on supporting the transformation of Commerzbank’s HR service delivery processes by using the capabilities of agentic AI. Furthermore, you will excel in understanding the data and processes within HR, developing an AI agent infrastructure, and providing insights to stakeholders to help identify process improvements.

    Your tasks:

    • Implementing agentic AI module of an existing major HR platform with the goal of supporting the HR service delivery.
    • Collaborating with business experts to gather and understand the key requirements for an IT solution.
    • Designing and documenting robust software architecture together with your developer colleagues.
    • Configuring AI environments and function.
    • Quality assurance and documentation of the created AI solutions.
    • Taking responsibility for related compliance topics.

    Your profile:

    • Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a comparable qualification.
    • Solid general understanding of IT systems, architectures, and communication technologies.
    • Good understanding of business processes and how they are modelled.
    • Work experience with at least one AI modelling tool, ideally with SAP Joule or ServiceNow NowAgent.
    • Desirable: Experience working in HR and/or with HR data.
    • Interest in or practical experience with agile working methods.
    • High level of initiative and willingness to adapt to change.
    • Strong communication skills towards customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
    • The ability to integrate into a team of diverse cultures and skillsets.
    • Confidence, service orientation as well as strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
    • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
    • German language skills are advantageous.
