Project Description:

The project is a high-impact initiative aimed at developing a modern, accessible, and configurable platform to support paratransit services. The platform will allow individuals with disabilities to complete the eligibility application process and integrate with existing systems for ride booking.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and reshape current architectural design; identify and resolve technical gaps and misalignments.
• Define the technical roadmap and align architecture with business goals.
• Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to ensure high-quality architectural decisions and consistency across the platform.
• Act as a technical mentor to developers, reviewing architectural decisions and guiding implementation standards.
• Drive architecture best practices in a complex hybrid methodology environment, balancing Scrum-based development with Waterfall-style oversight.
• Ensure platform scalability, accessibility (especially WCAG compliance), and maintainability.

Job Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture, including .NET-based enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Proven leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning software architecture to product requirements.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and performant systems.
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex technical ecosystems and gain consensus on solutions.
• Experience working in hybrid delivery methodologies (Scrum + Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English level: Professional/Fluent (B2+/C1) – verbal and written.
