Tech Lead DevOps Engineer (IAM Solutions)

Project Description

The team is actively building and supporting multi-customer features in a microservices-based IAM platform. Development follows Agile methodology with two-week or monthly sprints, delivered continuously to production. The platform is based on Spring Boot services written in Java 8/11, and adheres to modern DevOps practices with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure as code. We are seeking a DevOps Engineer who will assess the current product and propose an improved deployment and CI/CD strategy. This role requires technical excellence and leadership to collaborate with DevOps team and deliver meaningful infrastructure enhancements.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and assess existing DevOps and deployment pipelines
• Design and propose infrastructure and CI/CD strategy improvements
• Lead implementation of DevOps changes, guiding the existing team
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore stakeholders to align technical direction
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of deployments
• Document and communicate DevOps processes and changes effectively

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure automation
• Strong experience in DevOps and infrastructure automation
• Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Jenkins
• Proven ability to assess complex environments and design scalable CI/CD pipelines
• Experience supporting Java-based microservices in production environments
• Ability to lead and collaborate with globally distributed teams
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
• English level: B2 or higher
• Availability to work during standard EU business hours (some late meetings may occur occasionally)
• No on-call rotation required
