Project Description
The team is actively building and supporting multi-customer features in a microservices-based IAM platform. Development follows Agile methodology with two-week or monthly sprints, delivered continuously to production. The platform is based on Spring Boot services written in Java 8/11, and adheres to modern DevOps practices with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure as code. We are seeking a DevOps Engineer who will assess the current product and propose an improved deployment and CI/CD strategy. This role requires technical excellence and leadership to collaborate with DevOps team and deliver meaningful infrastructure enhancements.

What You’ll Do:
Review and assess existing DevOps and deployment pipelines
Design and propose infrastructure and CI/CD strategy improvements
Lead implementation of DevOps changes, guiding the existing team
Collaborate with onshore and offshore stakeholders to align technical direction
Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of deployments
Document and communicate DevOps processes and changes effectively
Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure automation
Strong experience in DevOps and infrastructure automation
Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Jenkins
Proven ability to assess complex environments and design scalable CI/CD pipelines
Experience supporting Java-based microservices in production environments
Ability to lead and collaborate with globally distributed teams
Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
English level: B2 or higher
Availability to work during standard EU business hours (some late meetings may occur occasionally)
No on-call rotation required
