Project Description

The team is developing hybrid mobile applications for both iOS and Android, using the Ionic framework and Angular to deliver modern, scalable, and high-performance solutions. The platform is part of a larger ecosystem that supports agricultural business operations and will be built with cross-platform compatibility, performance, and security in mind.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain hybrid mobile applications using Ionic Framework (Capacitor/Cordova) and Angular;
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces;
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot bugs, and improve security;
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services (e.g., Firebase, push notifications);
• Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless communication with server-side systems;
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimize apps for various screen sizes and OS versions;
• Manage app deployments to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including version control and release management;
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate builds and store deployments;
• Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in mobile and hybrid app development;

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience with Angular and Ionic Framework;
• Experience with hybrid mobile app development;
• Proficiency in Capacitor, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS;
• Experience with mobile performance optimization, debugging, and profiling tools;
• Knowledge of state management solutions such as NgRx, Akita, or equivalents;
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD for mobile apps, including Azure DevOps pipelines;
• Proven experience publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store;
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and take ownership of projects;
• English proficiency from B1+ for effective communication with cross-functional teams;
