About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our team for a 1-year project, with the potential for a permanent role based on mutual fit and project success. This hands-on consulting role involves leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Marketing Cloud solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Consult clients on Marketing Cloud best practices and capabilities.
• Customize journeys, automation, and data integration across Salesforce platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Train end-users and support change management processes.
• Participate in ongoing system enhancements, testing, and optimization.

Requirements:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience delivering complex Marketing Cloud projects (minimum 3–5 years).
• Expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and related tools.
• Solid understanding of data models, APIs, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong consulting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Have:

• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, or Developer).
• Experience in other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud).
• Background in digital marketing or CRM strategy.
