Position Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Project Manager to join our growing delivery team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams across diverse projects, working directly with clients to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery. You will play a key role in aligning business goals with execution, facilitating agile practices, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects with remote and hybrid teams
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients—managing communication, expectations, and satisfaction
• Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and develop mitigation strategies
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups in agile or hybrid environments
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
• Report on project health, status, KPIs, and deliverables to internal leadership and external clients
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Champion quality and process improvements across project lifecycles
• Guide and mentor junior team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and team growth

Requirements:

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in software or IT product development
• Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously in agile or hybrid delivery models
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana
• Experience managing distributed or international teams
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused mindset

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile methodologies
• Experience working with nearshore/offshore teams or staffing models
• Background in working with software development tools and lifecycle workflows
• Understanding of modern software architecture (e.g., APIs, microservices)
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) or SaaS platforms
